Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and phone number, because an order has to reach a person.
• Your email, if you sign in with Google or Apple or add one yourself.
• Your delivery addresses, including the coordinates you pin, because a rider cannot find a house without them.
• What you order, because that is the order.
• What you search for, so we can find the products and places you mean.
• A notification code for your phone, if you allow notifications, so we can tell you about your orders and send you shop news.

What we do with it

• We use your address and phone number to deliver your order, and we share them with the rider bringing it. The rider sees what they need to arrive: the address, the pin and a number to call.
• We use your order history to show you what you buy often.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not send it to advertisers.

Your location

The app asks for your location so it can fill in your address and so we can deliver from the branch nearest you. You can refuse, and then you search the map or move the pin yourself. We store the pin you save with an address; we do not follow you around.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Close your account and we remove your name, phone number, email and addresses from what we hold beyond that.

Who else sees it

• The rider delivering your order.
• The shop preparing it.
• Our SMS provider, for the codes we text you.
• Google, which draws the map, finds places you search for, sends notifications through Firebase, and signs you in if you choose Google.
• Apple, which delivers notifications to iPhones and signs you in if you choose Apple.

Nobody else, unless a court orders it.

Your choices

• You can see and change your addresses in the app.
• You can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings.
• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
• You can delete your account in the app, under Profile, or ask us to.
