Delete your account
In the app
- Open MangiPlus and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. If you set a password, you are asked for it.
Without the app
Call or message us on the support number below, from the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete it.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, email and saved addresses are erased, and you are signed out everywhere. This cannot be undone.
What is kept
Orders you have already placed stay in the shop's records for as long as the law requires business records to be kept, with your personal details removed from them.
